Welcome to our new look blog. You may have previously visited our old blog, which was hosted on an external specialist blog site – we have now decided to integrate it into our own Roman website so you can easily find and read our articles.

In line with the new look, we are also going to spruce up the content and articles to bring you regular stories. These will include:

  • Get the Look – this will be a regular monthly focus on how you can recreate the look of some of our favourite brochure shots, in your own bathroom(s). We will give you information on where the other bathroom sanitryware has come from, along with the tiles and accessories. This will also include any useful information and hints and tips on how to achieve that look.
  • Product Focus – some of our products have been cleverly designed to help you overcome common restrictions and space issues within the UK bathroom. This regular feature will highlight why particular products were created and what issues they can help you resolve in the bathroom.
  • Useful Guides – this section will include useful and informative guides that can offer advice on a range of bathroom interior topics. From how to achieve a certain look and styling, through to what shower enclosure type will work best for your family and your lifestyle.
  • Behind the Scenes – we will take you behind the scenes to show you what goes on here at Roman. We will cover a range departments and areas of the business, from behind the scenes at a photography shoot, to how we create a Roman showroom display, and from staff profiles, through to how Project 252 came together.

Alongside these regular articles, the blog will also include special features on any charity work we get involved with over the coming months, some of our press cuttings and where we have been featured in the media and make-over projects we’ve been involved with. In particular we will be showcasing some of our TV appearances on make-over shows such as DIY SOS and Cowboy Builders, that we regularly become involved with.

We are also hoping to get a few guest blogs included over the coming months, from those in the industry. If you would like to submit a blog article for consideration, please e-mail:

We hope you find the Roman blog enjoyable and information.
