November has been a very exciting month for all of us at Roman. We began the month by receiving a ‘Highly Commended’ award, then the following week we were shortlisted for another award, and then last week we took home the Gold!

Designer Kitchen and Bathrooms Magazine Awards
Roman’s Project Specification Guide, took the Gold Award at the Designer Kitchen and Bathrooms Magazine Awards:
Earlier this year we launched the Project Specification Guide in response to demand from our contract customers, both inside and outside of the UK. The Guide is aimed at architects, designers and specifiers who are working on large scale projects, such as Hotels, Housing Developments and Condominiums, and who are looking for a totally bespoke showering solution. It allows them to pick and choose every part of the enclosure, from the glass finish, to the handle; from the sealing system, to the bracing; and from the footprint and height, to the hinges.

House Beautiful Awards
Infinity Shower Trays, were Shortlist at the House Beautiful Awards for Best Bathroom Product, after a record number of entries:
The Infinity Shower Trays offer a stylish level access solution for your showering space. They are manufactured in our on-site Solid Surface manufacturing facility, from our own Roman Stone material. This is a self-reinforcing material which allows the trays to be installed directly onto your joists; once tiled up to, total level access is achieved. This offers a simulated wetrooms look, with a hassle-free installation. The tray is then completed with a solid surface waste cover, to give a totally seamless and minimalist finish. The Infinity Trays are available in a range of size options, including a quadrant shaped version.
The Northern Design Awards
Roman Shield Complete Wetroom Tanking System, was Highly Commended by The Northern Design Awards:
Our Roman Shield Complete Wetroom Tanking System makes installing a wetroom easy. It incorporates a solid surface Preformed Shower Floor – this is cast in our on-site Solid Surface Manufacturing Facility. This sits directly onto your joists and gives total water integrity, whilst also creating a natural fall towards the waste, to help the water naturally flow out of the showering area, eliminating the need to use a levelling compound. The kit then also includes everything you need to tank the room in preparation for tiling, including an easy to follow step by step guide.
The Roman Shield Complete Wetroom Tanking System has previously won Best Bathroom Product in the Homebuilding and Renovating Awards, as well as the KBB Reader Awards.
